HIIT Group Training

Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes combine strength training, functional movements, and cardio to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and burn calories—all in one workout. Every class is coach-led, high-energy, and designed to challenge you while meeting you where you are in your fitness journey.

Whether you're brand new to working out or a seasoned athlete, every exercise can be modified to fit your fitness level. Our coaches provide guidance, motivation, and accountability so you can focus on becoming stronger every day.

No two workouts are exactly the same, so you'll always be challenged while continuing to build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Weekly Training Focus

To help you train smarter and recover properly, each day has a specific focus:

  • Monday: Upper Body

  • Tuesday: Lower Body

  • Wednesday: Full Body

  • Thursday: Upper Body

  • Friday: Lower Body

  • Saturday: Full Body

Specialty Classes

Throughout the week, we also offer specialty classes led by our trainers. These classes may include strength-focused sessions, mobility, yoga, dance fitness, boxing, bootcamps, and other specialty programs designed to complement your HIIT training.
